Det är ju ingenting farligt. Bara andas och va i nuet. Tankarna är ju positiva och goda åtminstone. Inte grubbla så djupt över meningen, utan låt det vara som det är.

Vad jag försöker affirmera till mig själv att just inte tänka så mycket. Hur duktig är jag på det då? Likt en skugga i mörkret. Ser du verkligen ljuset?

Maja, Felix och Maxi får middag.

Dessa tre lirare tar ner mig på jorden. De är liksom så i nuet och kräver sitt. I vått och torrt. En trygghet i sig faktiskt. Det är sådan ro att bara titta på dem när de äter. De är många gånger så förutsägbara och det säger jag inte med någonting negativt i orden, utan just för att jag älskar det.

Flyktkänslor. Bygga murar. Vända om.
